Professional experience
- Lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in Constitutional and Administrative Law and economic regulation, and international investment litigation and arbitration
- Between 2019 and 2020, he was the Special Prosecutor of Venezuela, in charge of the international coordination of dozens of litigations in the United States and the United Kingdom, especially regarding public debt
- He is an independent expert of the Follow-up Mechanism of the American Convention against Corruption in the Organization of American States
- Independent consultant on economic regulation, development, and public policy issues, especially in Latin America
